Open any habit or commitment and tap the date in its calendar. Tap again to switch it back. You can correct past days even after time away from the app.
Open Settings, choose Back up & sync, then use Sign in with Apple. Your local practice is merged safely with the signed-in copy.
Monk is one App Store purchase with no subscription or in-app purchases. Re-download it later using the same Apple Account without paying again.
Only optional features ask: Health can sync Mindful Minutes, and Screen Time can shield apps during a phone fast. You can decline either and keep using Monk.
For local-only use, reset progress or delete the app. If signed in, open Settings → Back up & sync → Delete account & data to permanently remove the cloud account and practice data.
