Monk includes flexible habit plans, editable calendars, abstinence records, food-fast and phone-fast timers, Live Activities, calm progress views, reflections, reminders and optional Sign in with Apple backup and sync.
You can also choose among Monk, Stoa, Zen and Vesper. The worlds change the atmosphere, not which features you are allowed to use.

Monk works fully offline and stores your practice on your iPhone by default. Sign in with Apple is optional and exists for people who want cloud backup and sync across their devices.
There are no third-party analytics SDKs, tracking profiles or data sales. Apple handles the App Store payment; Stoic AS does not receive your card details or Apple account details.

Is 99 kr the price everywhere?
99 NOK is the Norwegian price. Apple sets the equivalent local price shown in each country’s App Store.
Will I need to subscribe later?
No. Monk 1.0 has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Every feature and visual world in this version is included.
Can I use Monk without signing in?
Yes. The complete app works offline without an account. Sign in with Apple only adds optional backup and sync.
Can I download it again?
Apple associates the paid download with your Apple Account, so you can download it again on compatible devices through the App Store.
