Monk abstinence calendar showing held days and a way to correct past days

ONE PRACTICE, NOT TWO APPS

The habits you keep and the patterns you leave belong together.

Reading, training and meditation can sit beside alcohol, nicotine, pornography, sugar, gambling, doomscrolling or a commitment you name yourself. Monk keeps both sides visible without pretending they are identical.

A RECORD YOU CAN TRUST

Mark the day. Correct it when needed.

Choose a daily, weekday or weekly rhythm for a positive habit. For abstinence commitments, record whether the day was held or whether you slipped. Past days stay editable, because an honest correction is more useful than a perfect-looking streak.

Monk shows streaks, time and weekly patterns, but it does not turn a missed day into a punishment. The point is to notice what happened and keep practicing.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you begin.

Can I create my own habit or commitment?

Yes. Monk includes useful starting points, but you can name and plan the practice that matters to you.

Does Monk punish a broken streak?

No. Monk records the day and shows your history. It is designed for reflection and continuation, not manufactured pressure.

Can I edit earlier days?

Yes. Open the habit or commitment and tap the date in its calendar. Tap again if you need to switch it back.

Is Monk addiction treatment?

No. Monk is a self-improvement and habit-tracking tool, not medical advice, therapy or addiction treatment.

ONE CALM PLACE

Your practice can hold both directions.

Build what helps. Leave what does not. Keep the record honest.
